Return and exchange policy
Wared Al Tayeb for Oud Store offers a 5-year golden warranty
Order cancellation policy:
The customer has the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund if the order is under review only.
If the order has been processed and a delivery bill has been issued, the order cannot be canceled except after the customer receives the order.
This policy applies even if the order includes shipping and delivery, according to any announcement made by us.
In case of delay in delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the order and get a full refund if more than 15 days have passed, according to laws and regulations.
Return policy for Wared Al Tayeb for Oud orders:
The return policy applies only to orders within Saudi Arabia and does not include orders outside Saudi Arabia.
It does not include cash back requests and discount codes of 25% or more.
If you wish to request a return for your shipment, you can certainly do so as long as the shipment is intact, in its original condition, and without any damage, via communication channels and by submitting a return request through the link sent to you by customer service via the customer service center.
*Returns for installment purchase orders are handled through the store’s customer service center.

This must be done within 5 years from the date of receipt of the order.
If the customer wishes to return one or more products after receiving the order, the customer will pay a return fee depending on their area, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The customer is allowed to test 2 grams of natural oud products; if used more than that, the amount will be deducted from the product’s value.
For enhanced natural oud products, a sample of 6 grams is allowed; if used more than that, the amount will be deducted from the product’s value.
If the customer agrees to compensation, they cannot request a return again.
Cases where returns are not accepted:
Perfume products — the sample must not be used before opening the bottle. If the plastic wrap is opened, it cannot be returned.
Method of refund after a return request:
If the purchase was made using your credit card, you can recover your money.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount to your credit card account or the electronic payment method used.
The time to receive the refund varies depending on your bank and may take up to 15 days.
If the customer requests to transfer the amount to another account that is not their bank account, they must contact from the same registered phone number in the order.
Exchange policy:
The customer is allowed to exchange the product only once.
